Ravichandran Venkataraman, the Founder Director of Smrti Academy, is a leader of international repute. With 35+ years of experience in the Corporate World, Ravi has occupied Senior Leadership Positions in companies like ANZ and HP. He was the Managing Director of ANZ Operations & Technology in India. After that, he was the Senior Vice-President and Head of the Global Business Service of HP, leading a team of 18,000+ across 58 countries. He is a Trustee of eVidyaloka, a not-for-profit social enterprise that provides on-line education to 200,000+ children across 17 states in India. Ravi’s bent of mind for music and sport helps with the co-curricular activities planning.

Ravi Ramachandra, the Director and Co-Founder of Smrti Academy, is a Civil Engineer – a leading builder and player in the infrastructure industry with 25+ years of experience. Ravi joined his father’s family business in civil engineering and later started his own company, Sri Raja Rajeshwari Constructions. He has done numerous residential, commercial buildings and government projects in Bangalore and developed beautiful residential layouts in various parts of Karnataka. Ravi brings with him amazing project management skills along with an unflinching focus on the customer. He has worked with leading architects in Bangalore and is a sought after builder as he relentlessly moves to the latest in construction technology.
Director & Co-Founder
Mr. Ramachandra Madasu brings with him an impressive 20+ years of experience in education. With postgraduate degrees in Physics and Computer Applications, his professional journey spans leadership roles in prestigious institutions, including DRS International School (an IB School in Hyderabad), Chaitanya and Narayana Group Schools and Colleges. Most recently, he served as Deputy General Manager (DGM) at Narayana Group, where he mentored Principals and Deans across multiple schools.
An accomplished educator, Ram’s expertise in Physics, particularly in guiding students for IIT JEE and other competitive exams, equips him with a deep understanding of how to nurture every child’s unique potential. His vision aligns seamlessly with Smrti Academy’s approach to deliver excellence in academics and co-curricular activities.

Deepa Ravichandran, the Founder-Principal of Floretz Montessori, is the Chief Mentor to Smrti Academy. With 17+ years of experience in the Education Sector, Deepa brings with her the unique ability to create fun learning environments for children. She is a Masters in Industrial Electronics with a Diploma in Montessori Education and in Special Education. She trains teachers of various Schools across the country and has a deep understanding of blending the Montessori Way and Philosophy with the curriculum a School adopts.
